Hello! I’m Julie Weinkauf, calligrapher and engraver at Calligraphy Jewels. Fun fact: Jewels is a play on my nickname Jules.

From Army Brat to Midwestern girl, my husband and I settled down in his hometown on the north side of Indianapolis and are raising our son and five daughters here. Once our youngest daughter started school, I was able to indulge my creative side and have steadily grown my business. I love a challenge, and because of that I’ve gotten to try my hand at quite a variety of projects, from pen and paper to engraving glass and metal to painting.
